"Zen Ikebana Fusion" Workshop - August 8

Concept: Balance, Clean Lines, and the Art of Negative Space

On Saturday, August 8th, we invite you to discover the power of simplicity. "Zen Ikebana Fusion" is a workshop created for those who seek the essence of beauty beyond opulence. It is a rare fusion between the ancient philosophy of Japanese Ikebana art and the minimalist aesthetics of modern European floristry.

In this workshop, we don't focus on the quantity of flowers, but on the personality of each stem and the dialogue between lines, mass, and empty space (negative space). We will learn that sometimes, a single intentionally curved branch can tell a richer story than an entire bouquet. It is an experience about visual discipline, presence, and rediscovering inner peace through design.

What will you create?

You will explore floral architecture from a sculptural perspective, creating:

• A minimalist arrangement on Kenzan: You will use the traditional technique of fixing flowers on a metal pin holder (kenzan), directly in a flat black ceramic or stone vessel.

• Lines and Structure: You will learn to choose branches and flowers with strong graphic forms, creating a composition that seems to float on water.

• Focus on Detail: You will work with special textures (willow branches, bamboo stems, iris or lily) to create a focal point of absolute elegance.

What does this experience include?

• Premium Materials Included: Designer flat vase, kenzan holder (which you can purchase at the end to continue practicing at home), structural branches, and selected exotic flowers.

• Visual Meditation Session: We start the workshop with a short moment of quiet and observation, to attune our gaze to the harmony of nature.

• Branch Bending Techniques: We will reveal professional secrets on how to shape rigid branches, transforming them into curved, organic lines.
