Payment Methods

To purchase products from the City Flowers store, we offer the following payment methods: cash or card payment in the physical store, cash on delivery (cash on delivery) and online payment by card.

Cash or card payment in store

In the order completion step you can choose the “Personal pickup” option. In the payment method selection section you will have all the payment methods available. If you choose the cash on delivery payment system (cash on delivery) you will be able to pay both in cash and by card when you pick up the order.

Payment in cash on delivery system

Payment in cash on delivery, also called “Cash on delivery” or “Cash on delivery” in checkout, is made in full upon delivery of the order. Payment will be made in cash (RON) upon delivery of the package. You will pay the courier the amount on the invoice, namely the value of the products and, if applicable, the shipping fee.

Online payment by card

Debit card payment processing is provided and secured by Shopify through the Shopify Payments service. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard (Apple Pay and Google Pay payment services can also be used). There are no additional transaction fees.

If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than RON, transactions are made in RON, at the exchange rate of the issuing bank for the respective card. In this case, no additional transaction fee will be charged.

On the checkout page, in the payment section, you will have the option “Pay online with card”. You can enter your card details directly from the checkout page, without being redirected to another page. Make sure that all order details, including your card details, are correct and click “PAY NOW”.

The transaction will also be confirmed by email, to the account address created on the cityflowers.ro platform or to the email address entered on the checkout page. If the payment was not authorized, you will be able to try again immediately after the failed payment message is displayed.
