Are you a 24/7 florist/online store?
The online store is open 24/7. This means you can place an order online whenever you want, but the delivery and call center hours are 9am-6pm every day.
How can I order a personalized flower bouquet?
Either through the online store on the configurable product page, or you can order as follows: by phone at the number 0754 242 425, on Whatsapp to the same number 0754 242 425 or by e-mail to office@cityflowers.ro.
Is card payment secure?
Yes, card payment is secure, money is withdrawn through the Shopify platform through Shopify Payments and no data is recorded.
Can I pick up my order placed online from one of the City Flowers flower shops?
Yes, the order can be placed online and picked up at any of the City Flowers stores. When you place your order online, you also have the option of picking up at the office (you can directly choose the store closest to you).
Can I come to City Flowers location to pay for my order in cash?
Yes, you can also pay for your order in cash at one of City Flowers' locations. Please note that we will only process your order after payment has been made.
How can I check the status of a flower order?
The order status will be updated by email. For additional information you can contact us by email office@cityflowers.ro.
How can I modify a paid flower order?
The order can be modified in writing, at the e-mail address ofiice@cityflowers.ro, at least 48 hours before delivery.
About delivery
Why can't I choose same-day delivery for another county besides Bucharest and Ilfov?
Delivery of orders for another county outside of Bucharest and Ilfov can be made in a minimum of 24 hours from placing the order. We make deliveries through a courier company, not through our own partners. In certain cases, when there are partners available for the city of your choice, we will let you know if same-day delivery is possible.
What happens if the recipient of the flowers refuses the order?
If the recipient of the order refuses the flowers, the customer will be informed of this, and it will be mutually agreed what will happen to the product: the customer can choose to receive the product or send it to another address. If rescheduling is not possible, the order cannot be canceled and the amount will not be refunded, because in the case of flower orders, perishable, manufactured products are delivered that have already been prepared for delivery and cannot be reused.
What happens if the recipient of the flowers is not at home?
If the recipient of the order is not at the delivery address and has not answered the phone, the customer will be informed of this and the order will be returned to our location. Later, after we check the recipient's availability, a new delivery will be rescheduled.
Is the recipient of the flower order called before delivery?
Yes, in some cases, the recipient of the flowers is called in advance to ensure delivery (the address is not complete). However, our couriers will take care that this call does not affect the surprise.
Can a specific delivery time be guaranteed for flower orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for the bouquet you ordered. If we can, we will take this into account and deliver as close as possible to the time you mentioned in your order. Please add the time you want the delivery or the mention of the desired interval in the “Order Notes” field on the cart page.
How long does it take for the ordered product to arrive at its destination after placing the order?
The average delivery time for Bucharest and Ilfov is 2 hours. If you placed your order for another county, the delivery time is at least 24 hours, depending on the date and time you placed your order.
Do you deliver flowers and gifts by courier?
For Bucharest and Ilfov we make deliveries through our own couriers. For the other counties in the country, delivery can only be made by courier.
Can I place an order for flowers or gifts if I don't have the delivery address, but only the recipient's phone number?
Yes, you can place an order with only the recipient's phone number. After we receive your order, we will contact the recipient by phone and let them know that we have a gift package to deliver for them. Most of the time, it helps to have information about the gift (who it is from). Also, the address will not be sent to the customer, for reasons related to data confidentiality.
What data do I need to provide to place an order by phone?
In order to place a telephone order we need the following information:
- the product you want to order;
- recipient's data: name and surname, telephone number, delivery address;
- delivery date and desired interval;
- the congratulatory message.
Can I order flowers by phone? How can I pay if I order by phone?
Yes, the order can also be placed by phone at 0754 242 425. An order placed by phone can be paid online by card (you will receive a secure payment link or invoice via email or Whatsapp).
