Visiting, using, or ordering products viewed on the website www.cityflowers.ro implies acceptance of the terms of use detailed below. For proper use of the website, it is recommended to carefully read the Terms and Conditions.

www.cityflowers.ro is managed by NBS Creativ SRL with headquarters in Bucharest, sector 3, Gheorghe Dem. Teodorescu Street, no. 14, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/10002/2013, CUI RO32118692. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions as well as any changes to the www.cityflowers.ro website without prior notice. By accessing the Terms and Conditions page, you can always read the most recent version of these provisions.

Your registration obligations

In order to purchase from www.cityflowers.ro, you must enter your details on our website. When using the service, you declare that you will provide real, correct, current and complete information about yourself. In the event that we consider that this obligation has been violated, we reserve the right to block your access to the use of the service, for a fixed or indefinite period, without any prior notice.

Your other obligations

Visitors do not have the right to modify the information presented on the site. Visitors do not have the right to cause malfunctions of the site by any means. Visitors to the www.cityflowers.ro site have the right to access the information presented on the site, but do not have the right to modify or transfer data from it. www.cityflowers.ro reserves the right to prohibit access to the site to any person, without being obliged to motivate this decision.

Price and payment methods

The prices shown include VAT (21% and 9%). The purchase price shown on the invoice will be the same as that shown on the site at the time of purchase, plus delivery costs, depending on the delivery address.
The payment methods available on the website www.cityflowers.ro are the following:

Online with bank card (payments are processed and secured by Shopify through Shopify Payments)
Bank transfer or payment order (after you have chosen this payment method on the site, you will be issued a proforma invoice sent by email, with which you can pay the amount of the order).
Cash (at one of our florists located in Bucharest: on Doctor Iacob Felix Street, no. 75, on Aviatiei Street no. 2 or on Sos Chitilei no. 242). Orders will be processed and delivered after proof of payment. Attention! Your order will be delivered only after we receive confirmation of payment for the respective order.

Delivery information

The delivery time is a maximum of 5 hours in Bucharest and Ilfov County on the same day, calculated from the date of receipt of your order and 24 hours from receipt of the order throughout Romania, if the order is placed from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday and is delivered to any other county other than Bucharest, the first day of delivery is Tuesday. This term may be modified for reasons beyond our control, in the case of very busy periods (periods such as February 14 or March 1-8).
Delivery fees are calculated with VAT included and are as follows: in Bucharest delivery is free, in Ilfov and the rest of the country the delivery fee is 50 RON/address. www.cityflowers.ro delivers in Bucharest and Ilfov County within a maximum of 5 hours (depending on the location received) from payment confirmation.
For deliveries on the same day as placing the order, payment confirmation must be received by 5 p.m. For orders with delivery between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., it is recommended to place the order at least one day in advance.
If for certain reasons strictly related to the recipient or the customer (the recipient cannot be found at the address indicated by the customer, the customer provided an incorrect address, the delivery date or time slot was entered incorrectly by the customer, etc.) your order cannot be delivered, it remains available for delivery until the end of the day indicated as the delivery day in the order. If, however, your product cannot be delivered on the indicated day, the order can be rescheduled for the following day, with collection from our headquarters. If the customer does not wish to reschedule the order and we are unable to make the delivery (for reasons objective to us), the order is cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
Orders placed on the site can be canceled up to 48 hours before the delivery date indicated in the order. Deliveries in Bucharest and Ulfov are made from Monday to Sunday. All orders will be confirmed by phone with the recipient without specifying the nature of the delivery.
During busy periods we reserve the right not to fully respect the delivery intervals specified by the customer. For this reason, we kindly ask that for these days (February 14, March 1, March 8) you place your orders in advance to avoid delays. Orders received before the above-mentioned days have priority for delivery on those days.
If you wish to specify certain aspects regarding delivery such as: a time slot other than those on the site, address or landmarks, etc., please enter these things in the comments box before completing the order.
After the delivery of the order you will be notified by email or phone. In special conditions the order can be taken over by any family member. Responsibility for any damage caused to the product, parcel or package sent by us, due to transport, the products will be replaced by us if there is proof of the fault of our courier and we will be notified within 2 hours of receiving the package.

The entire content of the website www.cityflowers.ro, including texts, images, graphics, web graphics elements, scripts and any other data, is the property of SC NBS Creativ SRL or its suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Law and the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property rights. Privacy policy

Personal data may be disclosed without your consent in case of litigation/disputes regarding payment fraud to the following recipients: Banks involved in online payments, International Card Organizations and Service/Product Providers, respectively according to the Law, to the authorized institutions. In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/200, our clients have the following rights:

1) The right to information (art.12)
2) Right to access data (art.13) – the right to obtain, upon request and free of charge, for one request per year, confirmation that the data concerning her are or are not being processed by the data controller.
3) Right to intervention (art.14) – the right to request from the data controller, through a written request and free of charge, the following:
a) rectify, update, block or delete incomplete, inaccurate data or illegal processing;
b) the transformation of illegal personal data into anonymous data;
c) notification of third parties regarding the operations provided for in letters a) and b).
4) Right to opposition (art. 15) – the right to oppose, free of charge and through a written request, for well-founded and legitimate reasons related to his or her particular situation, to the processing of data concerning him or her.
5) The right to seek justice (art. 18) – the right to seek justice to defend rights guaranteed by law that have been violated.
6) The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (art.25).

Product responsibilities

SC NBS Creativ SRL does not assume responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site, for purposes other than those mentioned by the manufacturer. disputes

By using, viewing or purchasing products from this site, the user acknowledges that Romanian laws will govern the above Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and SCNBS Creativ SRL. In the event of any conflicts between SC NBS Creativ SRL and its clients, an attempt will first be made to resolve them amicably within a minimum of 30 working days. If amicable resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

If any of the above clauses is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the Terms and Conditions of Use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes the rights and obligations arising from the purchase from the virtual store www.cityflowers.ro.
